How To Install Android Honeycomb VegaComb ROM On Advent Vega

Android Honeycomb got ported to Advent Vega couple of days back. The initial port apparently converted your Advent Vega Android tablet in half-brick with main functionalities and features not working. Due to massive development support, lots of progress has been made in stabilizing this build for Vega, with four development releases already available for public consumption. With each build, more functionality was added and bugs were removed to provide the user with optimum experience on their tablet once they flash Honeycomb based Custom ROM, VegaComb. The latest 1.4 VegaComb build for Advent Vega comes with support for Google Apps, NTFS USB Drivers, 3D Photo Browser, Books, Maps, Audio detection along with SD Card support.
Although majority of functions in this Honeycomb build for Advent Vega do work including Hardware Acceleration, there are still some issues and developers are burning their midnight oil to address them.
Some of the identified bugs and issues are:
Camera Force Closure
Incompatibility With Flash player
Minor Screen Calibration Glitches
Bluetooth Connectivity
Default Processor Speed Set To 1.5 GHz
According to the port developer, you can try to address the overclocking bug by setting up SetCPU after flashing the ROM. It is also worth mentioning here that the developers have cooked up the port kernel from scratch without taking any help from other Honeycomb to Android tablet ports.
so let’s cut the rant short and see how you can install Android Honeycomb on your Advent Vega:
Requirements:
A Rooted Advent Vega Tablet With Custom Recovery [Preferably ClockWork Mod Recovery] Installed. You can click here for rooting and recovery installation instructions.

The credit for this port goes to Corvus, Newbe5 and other developers at Tablet ROMs. As it is still Work In Progress, so you can click on the Tablet ROMs link provided before to check out new stuff and to gather support if you get stuck with these installation instructions.
